The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
"Member", "Client", "You", "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting this: Terms And Conditions.
"This website", "We", and "Us", "The Company" refers to either or both All Services and WE2 JV Limited.
"Party", "Parties" or "Us" refers to the clients doing transactions, both the Clients and us, or either the client or us.
"Service" refers to any helpful and/or useful act of activity such as, but not limited to, supplying aids, providing labour, supplying individual/business products, maintenance, repair, etc.
"Transaction", "Service Exchange" refers to the exchange or provision of service placed between you and another member and/or exchange or provision of service placed between you and us.
"Service Fee" refers to the monetary amount in place of a provided service between you and another client and/or between you and us.
"Service Provider" refers to a member providing/supplying a service.
"Service Consumer" refers to a member who is in need of a service.
"Provider" refers to any third party providing support or sponsorship to this website.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of a provision of The Company's stated transactions/services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing NZ Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring to same.
Assent to Be Bound
By clicking the "I am over 18 or between 13 to 18 with guardian and accept the terms..." checkbox on the registration page, by executing a written copy of this Agreement, or otherwise using this web application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term or condition, do not proceed, register or use the product or web application.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within The Company on a need to know basis only, may use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible. Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party and only if legally required to do so will be provided to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate information or copies of records as part of an agreed contract for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this website will only be in connection with the Client's consent.
DISCLAIMER
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this website is provided on "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we:

- Exclude all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or The Company's literature; and

- Exclude all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised The Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect consequential and incidental damages

The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Membership
Membership is free. You may register for membership if you are a resident in New Zealand and can form a legal binding contract enforceable against you. This website is not directed for children less than 13 years of age and parental or guidance consent is needed for registering users aged between 13 - 18 years. Parental/Guidance consent will be subject to validity, and we hold the right to decline membership if we believe false data or impersonation occurs.
Security of your account and login information
You are responsible for keeping securely your login information, including your email address, password and secret codes. You therefore should not permit any other person to use your username or membership and/or you should not disclose or provide to any other person your password, email address, date of birth or any other information concerning your membership that may be used by the other party to gain access to your account.
Your obligation as a Service Provider
If you want to provide or offer service you must be residing within New Zealand. Providers outside New Zealand are not permitted to advertise a service via All Services website. You must provide accurate, current and complete and list all relevant information pertaining to your service terms. You must list your offer in the most appropriate category and must not offer services that you are not legally entitled to perform or anything that breaches your obligation as a Registered Member.
Your obligation as a Service Consumer
If you are in need of a service and want to post a task in exchange for a service fee or buying a service from our service provider, you must be residing in New Zealand. Consumers outside New Zealand are not permitted to post a service nor to buy a service via All Services. You must provide an accurate, current and complete and list all relevant information relating to the terms of service. You must list your advertisement in the most appropriate category and must not advertise anything that breaches your obligation as a Registered Member.
Your obligation as a Registered Member
As we aim maintain our integrity, and also to protect our under 18 users, we do not allow trading or services of obscene and/or pornographic nature or any of related kind. You must not advertise or offer any services that are illegal, offensive (including anything that is defamatory, pornographic, or racially or ethnically objectionable in nature), unsafe or violates any law.

We therefore hold the right to decline or terminate all service offerings that we believe falls within this category and consequently, terminate membership if violation of this term occurs.
Payments between transactions or services
Major Credit/Debit Cards are the only acceptable method of our system online payment, an offline payment option is also available. We may ask for minimal payments for special services provided by our website such as Ad/Banner/marketing campaigns or service fee (please refer to Fees).

While we facilitate payment of transactions by credit card, All Services will provide a refund to consumers under certain conditions while the service is not yet completed. As we are using a third party payment gateway provider we cannot be held responsible for any credit card fraud. Therefore we recommend our clients to use debit cards in place of credit cards for all their online transactions to avoid major drawbacks of online theft, or better use an offline payment that we provide for more secured transaction.

In an instance of an unpaid fee or unsupplied service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the arrangement between us and the Client in question, provided the Client has not provided his/her promised/agreed services/transactions for more than twice with no valid reason at all.

Consequently, all incoming bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding fees or services are received or supplied in full.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone 'text' and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation. To cancel a transaction, Client may directly contact the affected parties or, The Client may opt to cancel his/her transaction via My Account > Active Trading panel.
Termination of Agreements and Refund Policy
Both the Client and the Company have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun while immediate termination will incur fees for services that are underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall at our sole discretion be refunded.
Membership Suspensions
We have the right to suspend members with any of the following grounds:

- Violation of our Privacy Policy
- Violations of your obligations as a registered member
- Violation of your obligations as a Service Provider (if applicable)
- Violation of your obligation as a Service Consumer (if applicable)
- Violation of any our Terms and Conditions clause
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within New Zealand. All advertising is intended solely for the NZ market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Log Files
We use IP Addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track the user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to:

Any act of terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, now which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement contained therein.
Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both parties.
General
NZ Law governs these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction if the NZ courts in all disputes arising out such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or enforceable provision will be severed from these terms and remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions or of any agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These terms and conditions may be amended, modified, varied or supplemented solely by duly authorized representatives of the Company, depending on what we deem fit and necessary for the website's development and security.
Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers 'Personally Identifiable Information', notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a transaction indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
